Guardian 2010 Customer Choice Award

Last week on the 21 Sept 2010 is the Guardian 2010 Customer Choice Award which held at White Box.

Registration is always busy

Media, VIPs, is all over

As usual media is special, reserve table for them

And kitchen is so busy!

Food is good by our lovely caterer which undisclosed =P customize canapes from RM35-50!! for 8-9 types keke... good presentation too hehe...

Bar is full of mocktails and cocktails by Absolut Vodka!

We got lovely host who are the 3R babe!!

K3K Benta Kaya(New branch) @ Damansara Perdana

There's a new branch of K3K Benta Kaya in Damansara Perdana, which I think it's good coz you can't find anything simple to eat around there. K3K specialty is their signature two palm size of curry puff! yes, you hear me right, it's TWO palm size. I didn't ordered that but I snap their menu =P

This branch is small and yet just comfortably seating

Love their exotic "kampung" style cashier counter

Let's the adventure of food begin! Ice Milk Tea in a jar just like Station One which I found it pretty good especially you will hang out bullshitting with your friend for quite some time hahaha.. even it's a big jar you can still taste the aroma of tea and the smoothness of the milk.

While browing thru the menu, the same feeling I have whenever I'm hungry or craving for food, that is ordered everything! hahah but certainly I did not.. But the first thing which caught my eye is always bread coz to me every kopitiam for sure have specialty on their bread and K3K has their own signature Topee which is the name of the bread and no doubt it did not disappoint me with it's crunchy toast and the kaya it's heavenly when you bite it mouthful.

It's a very good friend with the half boiled eggs ;)

Something that makes me crave more when look into the menu, which is the "yao char koay" with condensed milk!!!! omg!! it was so crunchy and yet I think they had do some magic on the condensed milk by adding a bit of kaya and butter, the smoothness and aroma it's just right which goes well with the crunchy "yao char koay"!

Last but not least still craving for a bit more... which is the keropok! but I was a bit disappointed with it coz it was too soft and don't have the fish taste as the ordinary keropok from the East. Maybe I was used to have the fresh keropok coz I'm from the East Coast so I am very particular with keropok! hahahaha

P.S: if I were you, I will not order their keropok again =P

Euro Deli @ Damansara Kim

First impression to Euro Deli is a wow when the first time. 1. is the simple sorta vintage cowboy deco. 2. is the menu!!

No idea whether it's I'm too hungry or I love to eat coz when I flip the menu...

I just feel like ordering all of it! and flip again..

hahaha... see are you feeling the same like me now?! They do have a a fridge selling the vacuum pack of ham and bacon and assorted ham. Is either you hoose and ask them to cook immediately or buy back home and make you own sandwich.

Besides, they do have sauces selling here too and bread! and also rissotto!!! so you can pan fried at home too ^^

There's a competition running here from 16th Spetember till 16th October 2010 which is the Biggest Baddest Burger "The Matterhorn" Challenge!

There's two challengers for the night, two young chaps

wonder how they can fit the whole burger into their mouth?! just like this as below nom* nom* OMG!!

After 30 minutes , finally one of them down almost the whole piece of 3kg meat! and suffer from bloated feelings and end up can't finished as well and left the last piece of bun and some vege... burpp extra hard***  So you guys any of you wana challenge just go for it and you have to finish everything in 45 minutes and NO SHARING!! else you have to pay RM88++ for it haha good luck!

So.. ok done with the challenge competition they having here and I'm gonna start to dine mine hehe... After did all the orderings and to kick start you'll be serve by a bun.. soft and warm one yummmmmy!

Imagine wart?! Andy is gila coz he ordered damn a lot and it looks like a feast but just both of us as he said he been diet for so long so why not a feast now hahaha... so he goes with mixed sausage where there's pork, cheese, and spicy sausage.. I didn't really taste it as I'm not a real sausage fan plus I have ordered my own portion hahaha...

I ordered a "Schweins Fillet" sounds canggih rite?! haha it's actually Pork Medallion and it taste good even you eeat it alone or mix the pasta, the taste just blends well.

We do have bacon from the fridge as well and they just cook it and it taste yummy too, I love bacon

And here goes anotehr dish that makes you gonna scream!! hahaha... the Mix Pork!!! there's pig troter, pig ear, pork belly and... one more I forgotten.. I didn't taste much on this just the ear and a bit of pork belly and don't really like the ear coz a bit too hard hahaha and the belly is good.. starts to burp when I look at this platter hahhaa... and yea their broccoli and mash potato is good!

Had ordered a bottle of Apple juice too and it's not too sweet ;)

It's a shop lot located next to Atria and you will not even bother there's pasta selling here and taste not too bad especially when they have not a very fancy design on their signage.

The interior is nothing much just like a normal cafeteria style

Me and Pam had ditch the rest for lunch yesterday as it's hard for them to make up their mind especially during lunch so me and Pam just pack our bag and zooom! haha... Got their set lunch and mind is RM15.50nett Grilled Chicken Spagetthi, it's a lil too salty if you eat it without the spagetthi.

It's comes with a starter a choice of soup or salad and I go for salad =) a different way of dressing, can't really tell how they make it but taste ok

Pam ordered a Pork Chop Spagetthi and it was a huge portion and the meat is a bit too hard but Pam likes it hehe... it's always depends on your own preference. Some may like and some might not just like me hahaha... Pam set lunch cost RM17.50nett

She chose a starter of sausages and it taste good too

Both set lunch comes with a drinks and also a ice-creaaaaaam....

To end this, the service is pretty slow as not many ground staff and there's no service tax and GST so ok la let it pass hahaha
