Ichiban Boshi @ Sunway Giza

The first  Ichiban Boshi is located at Pavilion KL and now they had a branch in Sunway Giza Kota Damansara. As browsing for dinner at Giza and the only cuisine land in mind is Japanese as it's not too oily or heavy compare to fusion.

Arrive at Ichiban Boshi around 9.30pm and luckily their last order is 10pm as they close at 10.30pm hehe.. so me and Gary had ordered a few sushi and also a dinner set.

.tuna sushi. rm4.
.kappamaki sushi. rm2.
.salmon sushi. rm4.

.california roll. rm4.
.anchovies sushi.rm4.
.ebi fry tamago toji set. rm25.90. overall taste is good, it just that the prawn is not as crispy as the fry ebi compare to pasta zanmai even it was half soak in gravy.
Last week Maxx was asking me where else can he have Japanese dessert and here is the answer where Ichiban Boshi do have some and Gary and I had tried on their Tempura Ice-Cream Rm6.90 with a touch of strawberry and the taste blends well even it's fried and with strawberry jam and importantly it's not oily ;)
You'll also entitle for a stamp collection card to redeem some free item when you dine. RM30 for a stamp =) and good thing is that the expiry date is till year end hahaha...

Cravings Kitchen & Bistro @ Sunway Giza

At first I thought it's the Cravings which same as the one in One Utama, but it is not. I found that the food her it's more to Mediterranean.
A nice exterior deco which I can't deny.
The feeling of day it's craving for some rice and here comes the Triple Decker which everyone will thinks that is that a sandwich name?! well it's Malaysia so you can just DIY your dish name haha and this is the Triple Decker Rice, it was a bit too dry but after you eat it with some chilli padi, it's not that bad after all and there's a lot of chicken meat..
The grilled chicken rice seems like tasteless.. buzzer buzzer** bad choice haha...

Check out the surroundings of Sunway Giza.. so happening!

Milk chocolate with some imprints.
This chocolate with rice cracker in it have a very nice imprints.

You can find Patchi stores at Mid Valley, Bangsar, and etc. Or you can login to www.patchi.com

Alexis @ The Gardens

The largest Alexis outlet to date continues our commitment to the finer things in life. In a dramatic contemporary space, a delicious new tapas menu brings Mediterranean chic to our stable of culinary favourites. Enjoy a glass of champagne at our stunning bar, or book our private dining room that seats up to 16 or our even more exclusive room that seats 20 amidst the soaring splendour of our wine cellar.

Alexis, is a restaurant I love in The Gardens and so happened Deric thinks alike as well. To me, because it's spacious and having a cozy atmosphere where you will feel comfortable and enjoying your time there.

Ordered some sharing  dish where we kick off with a Seafood Pizza which consist of fresh shrimps, mussels and clam if not mistaken. Love the thin crust of it.
A sauteed mushroom where the gravy it' s nice to be dip with the baguette
Spicy shrimp(actually I forgot the dish name, but it's under the side dish category hehe) the shrimp is really FRESH! crunchy =)

To end the meal, ordered a illy cappuccino to enjoy the night by chit chatting and was too full and unable to stuff in their famous Tiramisu =(

Well, I got lucky even just 8pm and it was fully booked by reservation and lucky that my friend own this place and I could dine before the next reservation at 10pm, it just that I couldn't chill for long but it's ok coz my purpose is just to dine hehe...
Here comes the menu with fusion!
Jay told me that he tried the Ecoba Special Fried  Rice with Fried Chicken is good, so here goes my crave for it and I ordered it but as claimed by Jay, the rice doesn't taste as good as he tasted and for me yea it was pretty tasteless and the rice it's too soft but luckily chilli padi save the day hahaha.... The fried chicken is fine with the taste of spices.
Ordered a Pizza Calzone and Ecoba's Calzone somehow slightly different than others whereby Ecoba's Calzone is a flat Calzone instead of a puffy one. Half of it it's filled with cube potato and anotehr half is cheese, tomato puree and etc. it's unique and taste is not bad ;)\
Their ice lemon tea recipe somehow taste differently and it was refreshing
